The company was started by American Gail Baker in 2010 after she had been creative director and leading designer for many years at larger agencies and firms including The Brand Union (Enterprise IG) and Identity Works in Sweden. Gail felt the need to cut through the red tape that is typically found at a larger agency and fulfill client’s needs more effeciently and to a higher standard, and at the same time giving a more personal service that runs on an in-house attitude.
